Overview
JW Calendar provides free printable calendars without requiring a visitor account. The site does not offer public comments, a newsletter, or a contact form, and it does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other marketing trackers.
Information processed
When you visit the site, standard technical records such as the requested URL, IP address, browser user agent, time, and security events may be processed in server and edge logs. These records are used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain availability.
PDF and JPEG calendar files are generated when requested. Your selected calendar options may appear in the request URL, and generated files may be cached in the WordPress uploads area and at the edge so later downloads are faster. No account is attached to a download.
Service providers
JW Calendar is hosted by Rocket.net and uses Cloudflare Enterprise for content delivery, caching, and security. Rank Math is used for search-engine metadata and may make authenticated, administrator-only integration requests when the site owner connects a webmaster service. These services may process limited technical data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
Anonymous calendar visitors are not asked to create an account and are not assigned marketing cookies by JW Calendar. WordPress may use essential login and preference cookies for the site administrator.
Retention and changes
Technical logs and cached files are kept only as needed for security, performance, troubleshooting, and hosting operations. This policy may be updated if the site later adds forms, analytics, or other services; the date above will be revised when that happens.
