Terms of Use

Using the printables

JW Calendar provides free calendar files for personal planning and printing. You may download and print the files for your own use. You may not sell the files, present them as your own work, or republish them as a competing download collection.

Accuracy and availability

The calendars are planning aids provided without warranty. Check authoritative sources before relying on a date for a legal deadline, holiday, filing, travel, medical, financial, or other important decision. Downloads and site features may be changed, corrected, or temporarily unavailable.

Julian date chart

The Julian page lists day-of-year numbers (1–365) for 2027 dates. It is not advice about the historical Julian civil calendar, astronomy, legal timekeeping, or official date conversion. Verify specialized uses with an appropriate authoritative reference.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as JW Calendar changes. Continued use of the site after an update means the current terms apply to that use.

Calendar reference scope

Julian dates on this site are day-of-year numbers for Gregorian dates, not historical Julian calendar dates; federal holiday references follow 5 U.S.C. 6103 and OPM rules for standard federal schedules. Holiday observed dates are provided as a planning reference and may differ for private employers.
